General

These terms and conditions will apply to all transactions placed online, by e-mail, telephone or by post with Bios (UK) Limited. Please read carefully before placing any order. All contracts shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law and any dispute between us will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales. By using this site you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.

Prices

All prices are shown in pound sterling (£) and are inclusive of UK VAT at the current rate unless clearly stated.

Delivery

Please note we only dispatch to the UK. Some islands, the Highlands of Scotland and Northern Island usually attract a higher charge for delivery from our carrier. If you live in these areas place your order as normal and we will contact you with information of costs before processing.
We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. UK orders will usually be dispatched within 1-2 business days of receipt of your order, subject to product availability. Should an item you ordered be out of stock we will notify you immediately.
All orders will be delivered by Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery. Delivery duration may vary in the UK and usually takes between 1 – 7 days from the dispatch date. All orders up to £70.00 are subject to a postage and packing fee of £3.50. Orders of £70.00 or above are delivered free of charge.

    We would appreciate payment in advance, however, you will be sent a VAT invoice with your order, which is to be settled within 7 days.

    Descriptions of Products, Prices

    Whilst every effort is made to ensure the pictures and colours depicted on the site match as closely as possible those of the actual product due to technical limitations, may differ in colour and texture and the manufacturers’ product specifications may change slightly after going to press.
    Prices, product descriptions and specifications are checked to the best of our ability, and whilst every effort has been made to make them accurate, no responsibility will be accepted for errors and omissions.
    We reserve the right to alter our prices and specifications without notice.

    Order Cancellations

    You can cancel your order with us at any time prior to it being dispatched for a full refund.

    Returns and Exchanges

    If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item(s) to us in their original condition within 7 days of receipt. We will issue a refund on receipt, or exchange the item(s) subject to availability.

    Please note:
    Returned items must be in a new and unused condition and in their original packaging, garments labels should not be removed.

    - The item is your responsibility until it reaches us.
    - The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.

    Ownership of Goods

    All items supplied to the customer remain the property of Bios (UK) Limited until final payment of all sums owing in respect of those goods has been received in full by us.
